Abstract:

The expert panels are expected to provide opinions to the Secretary on the effects of the two management scenarios on fish populations. This review focuses on lamprey only. It is anticipated that these reports may
also be used for National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) documents generated for the KHSA and KBRA. Consequently, four expert panels were created to address native fish issues as they are impacted by the two alternative scenarios. Report summarizes the panel's process, findings, and identified limitations (data gaps).
